1. Processing Time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Made-to-order or personalised items may require 10–15 business days; the lead time is shown on the product page.
2. Destinations
We ship worldwide to most countries in North America, Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia and Asia. Some remote regions may be excluded; checkout will confirm availability for your address.
3. Shipping Methods and Times
Standard international tracked shipping: 6–10 business days depending on destination. All parcels are dispatched from our own factory in Shenzhen, China with full tracking. Express shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 3–7 business days. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and exclude customs processing delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping cost is calculated by weight and destination at checkout. Free standard shipping may be offered above the threshold displayed in our store banner or on the cart page.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Goods may be subject to import duties, VAT or sales tax in the destination country. Where our checkout collects VAT/sales tax (e.g. EU IOSS or US sales tax), no further payment is required on delivery. Otherwise, any import charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are set by your local customs authority, not by us.
6. Tracking and Delivery
A tracking number is emailed to you once the parcel ships. If tracking shows no movement for 7 consecutive days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days at fealuxjewelry@gmail.com with photos. We reship or refund at no cost to you.
